Roche Bros Supermarket will be joined by Welch Health Care's "Residences on the Green" a unique assisted living and care-giving facility. Proprietors Marketplace, located on the Village Green, is planned to bring some upscale shops, restaurants and a homemade ice cream parlor fashioned from the 50's into the mix. A professional building is also planned around the Green.
